How long will the repair take?
We offer same-day call outs. Alternatively, we can collect any faulty unit on the same day if you call early in the day. We aim to quote within 48 hours. The amount of time we’ll need to carry out the repairs depends on the make of your unit, the extent of the damage, the availability of replacement parts, and whether or not we need to manufacture any parts.

What happens if you can’t repair my unit?
