How long will the repair take?

We offer same-day call outs. Alternatively, we can collect any faulty unit on the same day if you call early in the day. We aim to quote within 48 hours. The amount of time we’ll need to carry out the repairs depends on the make of your unit, the extent of the damage, the availability of replacement parts, and whether or not we need to manufacture any parts.

How much will the repair cost?

We’ll give you a quote that includes complete details about which parts we can rework and which parts need to be replaced.

What happens if you can’t repair my unit?

Sometimes, a unit cannot be repaired. Sometimes it simply isn’t worth investing in a costly repair. If that happens, we’ll advise you about choosing a new unit and quote a price for the unit and its installation.
